Spirit Gateway of Prayer

In order to allow the First Love Fire of God to flow through us from the inside out our spirit gateways must be open and our soul and body gateways must be cleaned and maintained.

This is another prayer that I pray in order to open my spirit gateway of prayer so that the full expression of the Kingdom of God can be manifested in and through me to the world around me.

This prayer was adapted from Ian Clayton's teaching on the Gateways of the Three Fold Nature of Man.

Prayer

“Father the fire that I stepped through to come to Jesus was the gateway of first love. So I choose to take that fire of first love and open the gateway of prayer in my spirit.

I open the gate of prayer and yield it to your glory, Father. I receive and release the power of God through this prayer gateway, that I may begin to receive revelation of Your Kingdom that it may change my soul into the image of the Son of God that abides in me.

Through the spirit gateway of prayer I speak to my soul gateways and say come under the authority of my spirit and the first love fire of God’s glory.  Conscience I call you to an acute awareness of the mind and heart of God and His ways and command you to follow after them no matter what.  Reason I call you to go beyond physical and surface reasoning and accept as truth spiritual reasoning that glorifies God.  Imagination I command you to open up to all the possibilities that the Lord wants to show you and open up to all the communication coming from the Father and anyone or anything associated with Him.  Mind, subconscious, conscious, and unconscious I command you to only focus on the things that are pure and holy.  Those things coming from the mind of Christ will be the only things that will occupy your time.  Emotions I command you to come under the authority of Jesus Christ, you do not have the authority to rule over my mind or my body or dictate what I do or think.  Choices I speak to you to line up with my identity as a son of God and all that entails so that I become all that I was destined to be from the beginning.  Will I command you to line up with the will and purposes of the Father and come into alignment with my inheritance as a son of God.  Soul; every part of you, receive the depth of the love of God through His first love fire. 

Now, Lord, will you take this first love fire that is coming through my spirit to my soul and burn up everything that is not of you.”
